The BotBot Token

The BotBot token is backed the same way a fleet token is: by assets it owns. Its floor (MAV) grows from two sources:

  1. The platform's 1% of the levy on every fleet trade.
  2. Fleets that the treasury funds.

What backs it

BotBot MAV = treasury assets ÷ token supply

New tokens are sold only above MAV. Buybacks pay MAV − 1.5% and burn. The floor only goes up.

Flow 1: the levy

Every fleet trade pays 2%. 1% stays in that fleet's reserve. 1% goes to the BotBot treasury and raises BotBot MAV. More fleets and more trading mean a higher floor.

Flow 2: owned fleets

  1. The treasury buys into a new fleet's raise or pays its vendor escrow.
  2. It gets fleet tokens at that fleet's MAV, so BotBot MAV doesn't change on day one.
  3. The robots earn, the fleet's MAV rises, and so does BotBot MAV.
  4. That fleet also pays the levy back to the treasury, so the treasury earns twice from it.

Rules

  • Fleet stakes are counted at MAV, never at market price.
  • At most 10% of the treasury goes into one fleet. At least 40% stays in USDC for buybacks.
  • Only fleets with hirers lined up and a good-grade manager are funded.
  • Fleets can't hold BotBot tokens, so nothing is counted twice.
  • Treasury stakes follow the same lock and payback gate as everyone else.
